**Note:  As of 2/2/2022 Escambia County Supervisor of Elections office will verify Florida Constitutional Initiative signatures of voters registered in Escambia County for a fee of $0.55 per petition in accordance with 100.371(11)(b) F.S.** 

Initiative Petitions

The Escambia County Supervisor of Elections verifies thousands of initiative petitions each year that are signed by voters in Escambia County. Sponsors of these initiatives must secure the required number of valid signatures in order to be placed on a Presidential or Gubernatorial General Election ballot.
