PRIVACY POLICY
Under Florida law, much of your voter information is public record. As such, this information must be released in response to a public records request. Voter information including your name, address, date of birth, and party affiliation are among the information that is considered public record.
In addition to voter registration records and information, correspondence (letters, email messages, email addresses, etc.) with this office is also often subject to public records law and subsequent disclosure.
Some voter record information is not public and is not subject to disclosure. For example, the place of voter registration or record update, signature, driver’s license number, and social security numbers are exempt from disclosure.
