Supervisor of Elections David H. Stafford today congratulated the more than 6,500 students across the county, representing 15 schools, who cast votes online in this year’s election through a partnership with Kids Voting called “Double Click Democracy.”
“It is exciting to see students participating in the democratic process,” said Stafford. “Teachers and students get an opportunity to study civics in a real life situation and see how their votes stacked up against the voting public.”
