Outreach/Training Coordinator
Recruitment Range: $43,179 – 49,224 Annually

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on development of communications and outreach programs
• Collaborate on media strategies
• Develop and maintain online content for web and social media platforms; develop strategies for increasing online presence/image; analyze and report effectiveness of online communication
• Coordinate recruitment and retention of qualified election workers
• Collaborate on the structure, design, and delivery of training classes: assist with training of staff and election workers
• Coordinate voter outreach and education programs; track and monitor programs for continued improvement
• Demonstrate ability to write news releases, produce creative pieces, and generate professional publications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field and three to five years of experience in developing outreach programs; marketing or a related field; or, an equivalent combination of education, knowledge and skills sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
