The Supervisor of Elections Office is hiring for three full-time election specialist positions.
The Training and Outreach Specialist performs both technical and interpersonal communications in the Supervisor of Elections office by supporting community outreach programs, leading election worker training, and working with the Communication Specialist to ensure a professional and comprehensive communication strategy for the Supervisor of Elections Office.
The Voter Services Specialist is a highly responsible position that requires extensive customer service skills and the ability to potentially oversee a work unit. Excellent time management skills and proficient computer capabilities are required to successfully handle large workloads on time-constricted schedules. This position is responsible for providing customer service, performing data entry, accessing public records, and corresponding with the public.
The IT Technician and Security Specialist coordinates IT security policies and practices, provides technical expertise, conducts risk assessments, serves as the SOE liaison with related agencies, provides technical support with elections and GIS systems, and assists in the maintenance of office equipment and software.
