Today, Friday, March 26, at 12 p.m., was the conclusion of Federal and Judicial Qualifying for the 2024 elections.
Two candidates qualified locally for Judicial Offices:
Kristina Denise Lightel, qualified for County Judge, Group 4
Kerra A. Smith, qualified for County Judge, Group 5
As each of these candidates is unopposed, they will be deemed to have voted for themselves are elected without any contest. Their names will not appear on the ballot.

The qualifying period for state and local candidates starts at 12 p.m. on June 10, and ends at 12 p.m. on June 14.
