Registration and Party Change Deadline is Monday, July 22.

The registration and party change deadline for the August 20 primary is Monday, July 22. Those who do not register before this deadline will be unable to vote in the Primary Election. Voters who wish to change party affiliation for the primary and do not act by this deadline will have to vote with the party they are currently registered with.

Registration and party changes can be made online at registertovoteflorida.gov. Physical applications can be found at EscambiaVotes.gov and submitted by mail or in-person to our main office at 213 Palafox Place, 2nd Floor, Pensacola, Florida 32502. There are also applications available to complete upon arrival at our office.

3 Ways to Vote

Voters have three options to cast their ballot for the August 20 Primary:

  • Vote-By-Mail: The deadline to request a mail-in ballot for the Primary Election is Thursday, August 8. All mail-in ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day, August 20.
  • Early Voting: Ten early vote sites will be available across Escambia County from Saturday, August 10 – Saturday, August 17. The sites will be open every day from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. A list of early vote sites can be found at https://escambiavotes.gov/early-voting-locations.
  • Election Day: Polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20 for the Primary Election. Voters must vote in their home precinct on Election Day. To find your precinct, visit https://escambiavotes.gov/precinct-finder.
