Florida State University student Matthew Rizzo was recently awarded the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections (FSASE) Joe Oldmixon Scholarship. Mr. Rizzo, an Escambia County resident, is a junior majoring in business management.
Each year the FSASE awards three (3) scholarships to eligible students throughout Florida. The scholarships are available to juniors or seniors attending an accredited Florida university or college majoring in political science, public or business administration or journalism/mass communications.

ballots for the Pensacola Charter Referendum Election must be returned to the Elections Office no later than 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 24th. City of Pensacola voters who have not received their ballot should come to the Elections Office to pick up a ballot.
