Today the office of Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David H. Stafford launched a completely redesigned version of its popular website, EscambiaVotes.com. Among the new features is its responsive web design, which tailors the site to the type of device upon which it is being viewed, whether via desktop, phone or tablet. Previously, two versions of the site were maintained – a desktop and mobile version. In addition, the new site is hosted as HTTPS, adding a layer of security.

This Sunday, Florida will join 35 other states and the District of Columbia in offering online voter registration (OVR) to its citizens. The October 1st launch by the Florida Division of Elections will allow eligible residents who possess a current Florida Driver’s License or Florida Identification Card to submit a voter registration application completely online.

Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David Stafford today announced a Twitter and Instagram contest in recognition of National Voter Registration Day, Tuesday, September 26, 2017. The contest is open to high school students who are registered or preregistered to vote. In Florida 16 and 17 year olds are eligible to preregister to vote.
